Da Sharon beim Übergang verschwunden ist, muß Rose eine Reise in den Terror machen, denn irgendwo in der Stadt sitzt das Böse und hat einen Bezug zu ihrer Tochter, den sie noch nicht kennt. Und kann sie die letzten lebenden Bewohner von Silent Hill retten - oder ist es vielleicht sogar besser, einen Pakt mit dem Bösen einzugehen?
