Der Taxifahrer Bob führt ein dunkles Doppelleben. Niemand weiß, dass er ein Serienkiller ist und dass er seine Fahrgäste für sein perfides Spiel als Beute missbraucht. Dies geht mehrere Jahre so, doch als Tim älter wird, stellt sich für ihn die Frage, ob er in Bobs Fußstapfen als Taxi-Serienkiller treten oder dem Psychopathen und seinen Morden ein endgültiges Ende bereiten soll.
